Our multi axis, Swiss-type CNC machines have a bar capacity thru 1-1/4″. The Swiss machining process enables us to produce complex parts to the closest possible tolerances without the need for secondary operations.
Alpha Swiss Industries’ capability to perform cross drilling, tapping, milling, face drilling, tapping and single point threading simultaneously translates into reduced secondary operations and increased savings to the customer.
Back working operations can be performed on the sub-spindle while simultaneously machining on the main spindle, including spotting, drilling, reaming, tapping, cross drilling, cross tapping, slotting, side milling, turning, and single point threading.
